Tercan Legal is an independent law firm based in Istanbul, advising companies, investors and individuals on Turkish law and cross-border matters. Since 2013 we have combined local legal knowledge with an internationally oriented way of working.

Our people
Mithat Tercan
Founding Partner
Mithat Tercan founded Tercan Legal. His practice covers banking and finance, foreign investment, corporate matters and cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on Turkish private international law. He holds an LL.M. from Istanbul University and is a PhD candidate.
