Mithat Tercan
Founding Partner
Mithat Tercan founded Tercan Legal. His practice covers banking and finance, foreign investment, corporate matters and cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on Turkish private international law. He holds an LL.M. from Istanbul University and is a PhD candidate.
